The fastest-growing visitor to your website isn't a person.
Bots already make more web requests than people do. Next come AI agents: assistants that search, compare and book on a client's behalf. Within a few years they will be the largest client a law firm serves. The firms that can answer both people and machines will be the first ones hired.

See how your Super Intelligence platform works.
Everyone comes in through a front door, and every request takes one path: the AI gateway, the guardrails and the connection hub. That single path is what keeps client data protected, lets an attorney approve anything that matters, and lets your firm add, swap or retire any piece without breaking the rest.
Your firm owns what it builds, can switch any rented service, and keeps its systems of record. They're read first, and nothing is written to them unless a person approves.
The same path applies to every request, from your public self-help desk to your attorneys' agents. The guardrails stop a request before any data moves, and the attorney's approval is the part that gets logged.
How much of your firm runs on Super Intelligence?
You choose. Start conservative and move up as your team builds confidence. Client- and court-facing work never goes past "acts once an attorney approves."

Sample settings. In the platform, each module has its own level, every change is written to the change log, and people stay in charge of judgment.
Both demos use a sample firm, Harbor & Vale, with sample data only. Nothing you type is saved or sent.
A team of AI agents that works like staff, wherever you are.
Talk to your agents from your phone, your car or the hallway outside court. They do the groundwork, research, drafting and follow-up, then report back. You set the workflows, and you approve anything that goes to a client, a court or the other side.
Research
Finds the statutes, rules and cases, checks every citation and gives you a short memo with sources.
Drafting
Turns your notes and the file into motions, letters and forms, ready for your review.
Drafts client updates and replies in your voice. Nothing is sent until you say so.
Courtroom brief
Minutes before you walk in: the judge, the issues, your exhibits and anything new in the file.
Presentations
Builds a clean deck or a one-page summary on the fly for a client meeting, a mediation or a hearing.
Your workflows
Describe how you work in plain words, and it builds the workflow and hands each step to the right agent.
Every agent works inside your firm's platform, follows your Super Intelligence level settings and logs what it does. Talk to them, or type when it suits you better.
Clients will prefer a Super Intelligence native firm.
Hiring a lawyer has meant paying for every hour and waiting for the next open slot. A firm built on Super Intelligence changes that for every client it serves.
It's no longer how many attorneys you have. It's how many agents support each case, working around the clock.
Hiring a lawyer costs less
Agents do the research, drafting and routine follow-up, so clients pay less for groundwork and more for their attorney's judgment.
Faster service
Work keeps moving overnight and on weekends. Clients get answers and updates sooner, not after the next opening on the calendar.
Super Intelligence on every case
As much research and preparation as the case needs, 24/7, not just what fits into an attorney's billable hours.
Never a replacement for an experienced attorney.
Your attorneys still advise, decide and sign. A well-built platform amplifies their work on each client's individual case.
The law changes. Your platform changes with it.
We track changes in case law, legislation and administrative and court rules in your jurisdiction. When something affects your practice areas, you get an alert, and the updated content is ready in your review queue. Nothing changes on your desk until an attorney approves it.

Work directly with an experienced attorney who builds Super Intelligence platforms.
Not a sales team, and not a consultant reselling someone else's product. You work with a lawyer who understands your practice and builds the platform himself.
Built and deployed inside a non-profit legal firm.
Compliant, protected and built to do the heavy lifting.
Clients trust your firm with their most sensitive problems. Your platform has to earn that same trust, every day.
Bar-compliant, and kept that way
Designed around ABA Formal Opinion 512 and state bar guidance on generative AI. Law alerts keep your content current, and we help your firm build an AI-compliant policy.
Client data, ethically guarded
Confidential information stays on your firm's own accounts, encrypted, open only to the people and tools you approve, with every action on record.
Super Intelligence for the laborious work
Document review, intake, research, first drafts, deadline tracking and follow-up. The hours of groundwork go to your agents. Your attorneys keep the judgment calls.
We'll check that it's safe, and that it's earning its place.
Many firms added a chatbot to their website without knowing what it says when no one is watching. We review yours against the issues unique to law, and show you how to get more from it.
Ask for a chatbot review Or see the five-check compliance audit →- Does it avoid giving legal advice to the public?
- Does it say it's AI, and that no attorney-client relationship exists yet?
- Does it check for conflicts before taking details?
- Where does client data go, and who can see it?
- Does it answer with cited, current law?
- Does it turn visitors into booked consultations?
- Can it serve AI agents, not just people?
- Does it speak in your firm's name and voice?
Law has unique issues. Your platform is built for them.
General-purpose AI wasn't made for privilege, conflicts or Bar rules. Each safeguard below supports an ABA Model Rule of Professional Conduct, the model most state rules are built on, following ABA Formal Opinion 512 and state bar guidance on generative AI. Your firm stays responsible for its own compliance, and the platform is built to support it.

What is BriefConsiliar?
BriefConsiliar is a Super Intelligence (AI) platform for law firms. Each firm gets its own branded client self-help desk, a staff help desk, a team of AI agents for research, drafting, email and court preparation, and law alerts, all on accounts the firm owns.
How quickly will our platform be working?
Within weeks. We build it, launch it and train one person already on your staff to run it as we go.
Is there a subscription?
No. Your firm owns the code, the data and the brand, with no subscription payments to us. You pay only your own hosting and AI usage, directly to those providers. Ongoing support is optional.
How much does it cost?
A one-time build fee: $15,000 to $25,000 for the Self-Help Desk, $35,000 to $60,000 for the Full Platform, and from $75,000 for multi-office firms. Optional support runs $750 to $2,500 a month. You'll receive a written quote before any work begins.
Is the platform compliant with bar rules on AI?
It is designed around ABA Formal Opinion 512 on generative AI, state bar guidance such as Florida Bar Ethics Opinion 24-1, and the rules they apply, including confidentiality, supervision, communications and fees. We also help your firm build an AI-compliant policy. Each firm stays responsible for its own compliance, and the platform is built to support it.
How is client data protected?
Client data stays on your firm's own accounts, encrypted, and open only to the people and tools you approve. Every action is logged, and sensitive matters get extra protection or stay out of AI tools entirely.
Do we need IT staff or an AI consultant?
No. The platform is built so one trained staff member can run it, and your Super Intelligence guides your team in everyday language.
We already have a chatbot. Can you help?
Yes. We review whether it behaves safely, with no legal advice to the public, clear AI disclosures, conflict checks and protected client data, and whether it is working to its potential by giving cited answers and booking consultations.
Does AI replace our attorneys?
No. Your attorneys advise, decide and sign. The platform handles the groundwork and amplifies your attorneys' work on each client's case.
Can AI agents, not just people, use our self-help desk?
Yes. Your self-help desk gives clear, cited answers that people and AI assistants acting for them can both read, any hour of the day.
