# BriefConsiliar > BriefConsiliar is a Super Intelligence (AI) platform for law firms, built by IntexiaU Corp. Each firm gets its own branded client self-help desk, a staff help desk, a team of AI agents and law alerts, on accounts the firm owns. The platform is working within weeks, with no subscription payments, and is designed around ABA Formal Opinion 512 and state bar guidance on generative AI. BriefConsiliar is software for licensed attorneys and their staff. It is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Each firm's self-help desk gives general legal information under the firm's own name. ## Who it is for - Law firms of any size, from solo practitioners to large firms, in any U.S. jurisdiction - Practice areas shown as examples: landlord-tenant (housing), family law, estate planning and probate, business and entities ## What a firm receives - Client self-help desk: answers general questions on the firm's website with cited sources, checks for conflicts first, collects intake and books consultations. It serves people and the AI assistants acting for them, 24/7. - Staff help desk: a private assistant that knows the firm's procedures, templates and the rules of its jurisdiction. - AI agents that work like staff: research, drafting, email, a courtroom brief minutes before a hearing, presentations on the fly, and custom workflows described in plain words. Attorneys can talk to them from a phone. Anything going to a client, a court or the other side waits for attorney approval. - Law alerts: changes in case law, legislation, and administrative and court rules in the firm's jurisdiction are flagged, and updated content waits for attorney approval. - Help building an AI-compliant policy for the firm. - Chatbot review: for firms that already have a chatbot, a check of whether it behaves safely (no legal advice to the public, AI disclosures, conflict checks, protected client data) and whether it works to its potential (cited answers, booked consultations, readiness for AI agents). - Training for one staff member to run the platform. No IT staff, AI guru or outside consultant needed. ## How the platform works - Three front doors: the client self-help desk (clients and their AI agents), the staff workspace (attorneys and staff), and read-only oversight views (partners, auditors, malpractice carrier). - Every request takes one path: the AI gateway (Claude today, swappable, cost caps, no data retention), the guardrails (privacy check, conflict walls, Super Intelligence levels, attorney approval) and the connection hub (one connector per system, labeled read-only or write). An activity log records every action and approval and can't be edited. - Build what makes the firm different (the firm owns it), connect rented services that can be swapped, and integrate the systems of record the firm keeps (read first; writes need a person). - Super Intelligence dial: Assist, Draft, Delegate or Run, set firm-wide or per module. Client- and court-facing work never goes past acting once an attorney approves. - Demos with a sample firm and sample data: https://www.briefconsiliar.com/platform/demo.html (desktop) and https://www.briefconsiliar.com/platform/mobile.html (mobile) ## Ownership and cost - The firm owns the code, the data and the brand, on its own accounts. - Working within weeks of kickoff. - No subscription payments to BriefConsiliar. The firm pays its own hosting and AI usage directly to those providers. Ongoing support is optional. - Pricing is a one-time build and training engagement, quoted by firm size and practice areas. No per-lead, per-matter or percentage fees. - Self-Help Desk: $15,000 to $25,000 one-time (branded self-help desk with cited answers, intake and consultation booking). - Full Platform: $35,000 to $60,000 one-time (Self-Help Desk plus staff help desk, AI agents, custom workflows and law alerts). - Multi-office: from $75,000, quoted to scope (several offices or practice groups, custom connections to firm systems). - Optional support: $750 to $2,500 a month for updates, monitoring and new workflows. - Firms receive a written quote before any work begins. - Agents get better with use: approved answers, templates and corrections become part of how they work. ## Safeguards (ABA Model Rules they support; most state rules are built on them) - Cite or decline: answers come only from statutes, court rules, court-approved forms and firm-approved content (Competence, Model Rule 1.1) - Confidential by design: data on the firm's accounts, encrypted, with retention the firm sets (Confidentiality, Model Rule 1.6) - Attorney in the loop: drafts and flagged answers wait for review; approvals are logged (Supervision, Model Rule 5.3) - Conflicts first: names checked before matter details are taken (Prospective clients, Model Rule 1.18) - Plain disclosures: visitors know they are talking with AI and that no attorney-client relationship exists yet (Communications, Model Rules 7.1–7.3) - No per-lead fees (Fee-sharing, Model Rule 5.4) - Sensitive matters get extra protection or stay out of AI tools (Model Rule 1.6) - Approved tools only (Model Rule 5.1) - Current law through law alerts (Model Rule 1.1) Each firm stays responsible for its own compliance; the platform is built to support it. ## Who you work with Andrea Brvenik, JD, MBA — Founder, IntexiaU Corp and the BriefConsiliar Platform for legal practice.
